Matt and his wife Gayle are the owners of Matthew Mott Sportfishing Charters and Yallakool Cafe & Tackle based at Bjelke Petersen Dam in Qld.

Introduced to fishing at an early age by his brother, Matt quickly displayed a very unique ability - to be able to catch quality fish under the most difficult of conditions.

This ability, combined with his friendly jovial nature, have been the cornerstone of Matt's business and tournament successes over recent years. It is these qualities that have seen Matt evolve into the champion fisherman (and champion bloke) that he is today.
